Curate and catalogue Pilates class flows, tailored to your clients.

Core Compose is a sequencing design and client management platform for Pilates instructors who plan with intention.

The shift

How it usually goes

You have a Note or Google Doc that you could scroll for hours on. You have hand-scrawled notebooks with dog-eared pages and TikToks saved on playlists you never go back to watch. Then you still need to make modifications on the fly! It's a challenge to keep things fresh while ensuring a well-balanced flow every time.

Robust filters and tags

A library that knows how you teach.

Classical and contemporary Pilates mat moves, tagged the way an instructor actually thinks: level, spinal movement, plane of motion, target muscles, contraindications, classical lineage. Use filters within the Flow Builder to make building classes even easier, or to just explore the Move Library. Click the buttons below to get a feel for the system.

Reformer, Cadillac, Chair, Springboard, + more content is on the way.

Injury awareness

Plan for your clients, not around them.

Introducing a contraindication system that follows you everywhere in the app. Link conditions to specific client profiles to automatically flag moves as omit or modify, then view suggestions for both options. No more worrying, only safe movement.

Customizable builder features

Options for every teaching style.

Most planning tools give you a list. Core Compose gives you sections, clusters, and entries as the base to structure your flows. Combine moves into simultaneous or alternating sequences, and specify your exact variations with tags and notes. Flexibly designed to work with how you think.

"Core Compose is what I imagine whenever I'm tired of planning my classes in a Google Sheet, referencing my move library on a totally separate document, and trying to incorporate creative sequencing while ensuring a balanced, full-body workout. I wanted a tool that respected the craft. So I made one."
